Not a problem. I was glad to get to meet you guys tonight. I love those meetings and all the encouragement I get from it. What date is your surgery now? I know it is very very soon. You must be so excited. I was and was not one bit nervous and would do it again in a New York minute. It has given me my life back!!! Maybe next time we can get that picture!! Have a wonderful day....Debbie
I'll bet you aren't nervous then either. I was sooooo ready for this. EVERYONE ther made me feel so special. From the moment you enter the hospital and fill out paperwork on. It was by far the best of the best hospital experiences of my life bar none. I cannot even imagine anyone wanting to go anywhere else but a specialty facility. I will be thinking of you next Wednesday!!!
Yes, I did have the RNY. I left that final decision with Dr. Walton and what he thought was the best for me and my personal issues. I have not had any insulin since the day of surgery. My blood sugar is always good and my A1C was at a 5.4....never before. It was ll plus...danger zone prior to that. I should be able to eliminate some other meds soon. I have given up 3 already!!! I feel great. I even got on the floor and played with my grandbaby on Mother's day. I would have never gotten on the floor before loosing 91 pounds because it was too much to try to get up!!! Have a wonderful day...life is good, God is good and medical science is an amazing thing and my new tool and your soon to be tool is such a blessing! Debbie
