Going Biking! Wish me luck! ; )

So, we're heading out to our daughter's for me to go biking a bit around her neighborhood. I'm going early to miss any rain that might be happening later today. This will be my first time on the bike since surgery. I'm going to be extra careful and take it a little easy today .... I don't want to fall off or anything! ; ) I can tell my stamina is not up to my pre-op level, so I'm going to progress at it slowly and persistently. After biking, we're going to the grocery store ... which is almost another workout all on it's own! I hope everyone is doing great today and having a wonderful day!
Blessings and Best Wishes! Shelly

Good luck and be careful!!!!!!!!!  Will you be at support group tonight?  My plans are to be there unless weather would happen to get bad and then I am not going to drive.  Anyway happy bike riding.

I got the OK to bike! : ) I just can't do any weights or resistance training until 6 weeks. But, biking was fine ... of course I'm being extra careful and not planning on any wrecks! ; )

Biking was great. I didn't go very far, but it was great fun ... what I did do. The wind was really blowing, so one direction was easy .... the other, not so much. ; ) I made it fine with no pain, but I didn't push myself very much either. I still ended up with jello/jitterbug legs by the time I was done. ; )
