Hey Okies! I'm still around. Just checkin in on everyone here. I'm doing great. I'll be 3 years out next week. Still eatting just fine. Carbs still kill me!!!! OMGSH, when will I learn. I keep thinking that I'm far enough out to enjoy bread again - NOT!!!! I bloat up like a balloon and am in horrible pain for hours afterwards. But otherwise I'm doing very good. HUGS to all.
