Just cancelled my pre-op surgery appt

Sometimes the answers we get is "wait a little longer...." not always what we want to hear, but it's good that you are listening.

I had several false starts/stops over the years, but when the time was RIGHT I really knew it with all my heart and waiting for that right moment has been the best thing I could have done.

Keeping the faith for you, all good things come in time, by the time you have surgery, your knee will be ready to RUN !!!
