Steri-stripless!!! Pureed Food!!! A Bath!!!! Biking!!!

I went for my follow up appt. at Dr. Nelson's this afternoon. All good news!!!! : ) They are pleased with everything!!! I got my Steri-strips removed by Erica (Dr. Nelson's PA) ... what an amazing relief!!! Had a couple of stitches removed. Get to move up to pureed foods! Got the go ahead to be able to soak in a good hot bath (oh how I've missed this!)! And, I get to up my exercise and start biking again!!! HOOOOORAAAAAAAY!!!! I get to add blenderized strawberries to my Chikes!!! I'm a very happy girl. Also, my pants I bought right before surgery were nearly falling off of me today. I'm thrilled!!! : )

Thanks Kim!!! I was only 0.2 lbs away from being -18 today. ; ) You won't believe what I was craving all day and just couldn't wait to get my hands on after my Dr. appt ..... I was craving *green beans*, of all things. I've never craved green beans in my life! But, I got some green beans, and mushed them really well, and ate them very slowly and loved every minute of it. I couldn't believe I was full after just about one or two teaspoons total (taken in tiny bites and slowly, of course). I'm now working on my Vanilla Chike with blended strawberries added! : ) I am so thrilled, I just can't explain it. Oh, and I've already had a great, long hot bath, too. I think I'm going to bed early tonight. ; )

Where do you buy that Chike?

From Dr. Nelson's office. They sell it there for clients. I asked if others could order today and they said it wasn't allowed. I can get it for you,  or you can get it online! It really is good.
