Liquid Vitamins

For those of you who hate chewing multi-vitamins or they taste too sweet, I wanted to share this info with you. I use GBG liquid vitamins. Dosage is one capful once per day. These and the B-12 nasal spray are the vitamins I'm using. These taste great and it's only once per day and none of that gritty vitaminy taste in my mouth either. Dave is a RNY patient and found these. His doc checked them out and thought they were amazing. I hope you enjoy these!

YOU ARE A GODSEND WOMAN!!!!!!!  Ordering some this week.

How long does a bottle last?  I have been really concerned about how much is absorbed from pills.  But, every liquid I have checked into is so expensive! I wonder why bariatric advantage and other well know bariatric providers do not sell liquid vitamins?  I'm sorry...but this is the skeptic in me...how can we KNOW that all these vitamins are really in there?  I would SO love this to be true but it sounds too good to be true and that makes me nervous!  How long have you used them?  Do you feel a difference?  I'm sorry to question so much.

I feel a complete and total difference! I have more energy. Saturday attests to that! I did the walk with our OH Sistas, weighed, went to the bookstore, ran 4 other errands, cleaned out the Dodge quad cab inside and the truck bed outside, did laundry and packed for the weekend. Dave has an info sheet on what all is inside the bottle. It is also printed plainly and boldy on the bottle so I can read exactly what's in it. The bottles are HUGE. I ordered 2, and I've only taken about 1/4 of it so far. One capful a day does it. I was skeptical, too, but there's a guarantee with these. When I exhaust my bottles (which is probably 6 months from now or so!) I will be ordering more of them. He is a post-op WLS patient and showed this stuff to his doc who highly recommended he take them. Oh yeah, I can get my protein in better now and I'm getting in more than enough liquids. I lost 8 pounds last week. I couldn't take my vitamins like I was supposed to and that cross post about what happens if you don't do it was enough to kick my skeptical butt into gear. Dave ships out the same day you order. I had mine inside of a week. Dan, glad to be a godsend. I understand!  Please know that I wouldn't post a recommendation on here for a product without standing behind it/trying it first.
