I had surgery September 4th of last year and I had 118 lbs to lose ( I dont know if that is considered a lightweight or not). Well, as of today, I am 8 months out and at 155. I honestly didnt think I would get down to goal this quickly but I did and without any problems. I will have to say that this was truly the smartest thing I could have done for myself.

Sounds lightweight, but that's Ok! Way to go for hitting goal so quickly! Keep us updated on how you're doing as the months progress.
