18 More Pounds, Gone Forever

Hehe yeah I met her on a singles site.  She messaged me cause she liked my screen name which shows how big of a Tony Stewart fan I am (and she is too).  We talked for 3 days, went out on a date on Saturday, and everything went great.  I stopped by and saw her at work yesterday too.  She is accepting of me as a big guy (she is small herself but has always dated bigger guys) and wants to work with me to help me lose more (no need to go into TOO much detail there LOL).  Once I can get her to actually allow me to take pics of me and her I will put them up (she is camera shy).

I am SOOOO depressed. I thought WE had something going on!!!  Freaking singles sites!!  GlitterGal had already planned our wedding Dan!!!!  (sniff sniff) 

Way to go Dan! You're looking great.  Keep up the good work.  I can't wait to get past my 2 weeks of liquids to start adding food back onto my list of things to do in a day. John

I didn't know they had fat-free skinless smoked sausage, what brand is it?  The rest of your menu, sounds good can't wait to get there!  I'm just doing eggs and cottage cheese right now.

Its the light version of Eckrich (spelling?) and they sell it at pretty much everywhere. 

Hi Dan, What a great feeling that must of been! I have really enjoyed reading your post on here is doesn't seem like 6 weeks though. It seems like just a few weeks I hope I can do half as well as you have! I have surgery on the 17th of June.  The foods you are eating sound great! It makes me hopefull! I looked at your blog and saw your pictures boy the girls better watch out! Here comes  Dan! lol  You should be very proud of yourself! We all are!! I hope after surgery to gain back some self confidence too. I have a wonderful husband who always says I am beautiful so I hope to get down for him just so I feel that way too!!  Thank you for all of you posts and your honesty!
