This really IS a support group!

I know I wouldn't be so confident I could do it if it weren't for this group!  You guys are great.  I loved meeting so many of you in person last night.  Such a joy to make new friends.  Good luck to all having surgery soon. Three weeks from now my tummy will be tiny! Denise

kim - he'll do it too!!!  i'm sure he'd confuse you with a little protein!!  but that's okay - we'll just have to talk about the "SULTAN" claim he made when we walk tomorrow!!!

Amy, I feel the same way you do.  For many years I have always thought, I can do things without support.  Not knowing that the support is what helps gets you there and keeps us there..  I really enjoyed my first support group meeting, last night and everyone was SO nice and full of stories that helps us not yet setting on the bench of weight loss.  You can email me anytime and you know I will be here for you!!!  CHRIST will see us through and beyond this.  You are a sweet person and I'm blessed to have come in contact with the weight wise family!!

We are family, I have found more acceptance here than anywhere else. Even when I say stupid stuff... which is often.

You say stupid stuff??  Hmmm...when did you do that?  I missed it!!!!  (KIDDING!!)  Family LETS us say stupid stuff and the rest of the family doesn't even KNOW it happens!!!
