my weigh in today

I am so sorry your weigh in didn't go like you wanted it to.  Let me tell you, we have all been there!  Just hang in there and be persistent!  That scale will move even if I have to rig it! So glad you are coming tonight!  I'm wearing a screaming lime green shirt with flowers.  You can't miss me!  I'm often terrible at recognizing people so please hit me on the head if I miss you. My heart is absolutely breaking for you!!!! I hate when they do that, my doctor would not have cancelled but he would have been upset with me.  I lost but man it was tough, I only drank water and ate only 700 calories a day for 2 months before surgery.  I ate the same 3 things over and over and over, he was pleased with my liver when he got in there but man I hate this for you.  If I can help with anything let me know. Amy, I'm so sorry! I bet you just had something with salt in it and that made you retain fluid. It will come off. You will make it! I've got you in my prayers and I hope you don't let the scales overwhelm your heart and happiness. The weight will move and you will have your surgery. ((((Amy))))

You can do this. Really you can. I know it's hard, but nothing worth anything is ever very easy. Just keep trying and most of all, don't beat yourself up.   Daph

dont give up , i have had that happen to me , all through this process and each time it just made me more determined than ever , you can do this !!!!!
