Thanks Liz...lost another 5 lbs, I figured the occasion called for it!. Everytime I ask my daughter to take a new picture she rolls her eyes, she is not used to me wanting to taking pictures...!! By the way, your comment about your daughter and steak juice on the other post...just too precious!!!  Look forward to seeing you tonight. - Anna

Liz,  I had a scrambled egg with cheese melted on top.  I think I ate maybe 1/2 an egg.  One of my fave things to do besides the beans-once I was allowed to have tuna-was to mix tuna and cottage cheese and eat that.  Yummy and packed with protein.  I have a hard time eating tuna with just mustard or tuna with just light mayo...I always want my relish!!!  So I put 2/3rds cottage cheese (low fat) and 1/3 tuna and it was better than tolerable for me.  Personally, I love beans and cheese so I could eat them everyday.  I'm lucky because they settle in the pouch better than anything out there.  Good luck!!

Scrambled egg, then next meal was a tbs of fat free refried beans with melted cheese. I still eat a lot of those.

1 can ff refried beans 1 can drained pinto beans 1/2 cup salsa 1 cup cheese Mix together in pot on stove. Smooth out into pan. Top with lotsa cheese. Broil for 5 mins. I bake at 450 until cheese is melted. Yes, I am still hopelessly addicted to Pace Picante sauce. I go through an institutional size jug every month. It goes on EVERYthing.
