Next Integris support group??
The lapband meets the first Saturday of the month at 10 a.m. in the concourse (basement) level. I don't think they are having this one in May due to an all day Obesity related conference. I'm sure someone else that has been attending longer than I have will post and give you more information.
Surgery date: March 3, 2008 
Weight lost since surgery: 40 pounds
Total lost pre and post op: 68 pounds
Weight lost from my highest: 82 pounds
Can someone PM me with OKC's information on support groups as I have a cousin in OKC (doesn't have internet at home) that would like to become involved in a group support meeting. Any information that you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.
