I was talking to friend I work with an someone here said they had something similiar happen.  She suggested you contact the senator of his state.  Just wanted to pass this on to you, I am just so furious that our men and women out there fighting for our country are denied rights like this!!!!!  I hope something gives and he gets to stay by his moms side.  Hugs to you hun,.
