Temperature Change!!

OK, I can't wait...repeat...can't wait for my surgery. Why? because it's getting HOT outside! And I wanna be cool without running up my electricity bill. I've heard that is one of the side effects of rapid weight lose, and I can't wait. I've had my fan running 24/7 and I know my electric bill is going to be through the roof, so hopefully that cooling side effect will hit instantly, or as close to instantly as possible lol.

I have had to completely turn off my AC since surgery.  I came out of surgery freezing and have not stopped.

Yep, I've never been a big fan of cold weather, so winter doesn't seem to bother me any more....but summers are a lot easier.

Don't worry....It's the end of April and I have a heater going on in my office!!!!

Same here! The day before yesterday when it was 87, I thought I was cooking and I am dreading summer already. Oh, for a lowering of my internal temp ... I can only hope! OG & E will miss me if this happens! ; )

Last summer we kept our A/C on 68.  I cannot stand to have it below 72 now!!!  I can't wait to see what our bills will be this summer.  I like 73 or 74 but my family complains if I put it up to 73!!  Too funny.  I never thought I'd have this wonderful side effect!!!  But, I have started to notice that a lot of my hair is coming off in my hands when I shampoo, condition and put gel in my hair.  I have hair all over me when I get ready in the morning!  I have a ton of hair so I am hoping that it won't get noticable to others but I feel thinner already and I swear I can't believe the drains haven't stopped up yet!  Maybe the hair loss accounts for the lower body temp???  Just kidding!!!  I take all my vitamins and Biotin so I am hoping for the best on the hair thing!

yeah Dr. B told us at the support group this month that hair loss is common during rapid weight loss and that by the time that you notice anything different with your hair, that it's already growing back, so  I wouldn't worry too much about it Diana lol.
