I finally got my surgery date!!!! May 5, 2008. I paid for it all this morning, saw Dr. W and got everything squared away. I am so excited. Just wanted to say too, Glittergal, don't fret too much, your day will come, and you'll have a seat on the loser's bench right beside me!!!

Congratulations Michelle! I guess we can be "sleeve siblings" - I also have a 5/5 surgery date. My appointment with Dr. W is next Thursday... I'm still feeling that whole excited, naseous, nervous

thing that I've kinda had ever since they gave me a date 10 days ago. You? Did the doc say anything to you about post-op restrictions following the sleeve? I'm still a little worried about how long before I can pick up my 5 year-old. I'm planning to ask Dr. W next week - just thought I'd ask if they told you anything. Congratulations again - I look forward to meeting you on the track - I mean in the halls - on the 5th. John PS - Hey I just noticed our BMI's and #'s to go are both pretty close... I'll race ya...
