What do I do from here?

Thank you for being so patient with the Patient Advocates. I would agree that things are going fast and furious at Weight Wise and with that comes growing pains as well. Please continue to be patient, continue to call or send e-mails to get the answers you need.
I have also sent the link of this thread to the HealthPlex so that they are aware of how much you care about the process and your part in it. If I get any additional information, I will forward to you so that you know what has to happen next.
The other thing you have to know is it can be frustrating on a personal level for each of you when you are READY WILLING AND ABLE to move into that next phase of your journey, yet the "cogs" aren't quite moving in sync with your. All things happen when they are supposed to happen. We may not understand fully why, but the Good Lord Willing, they will happen. Patience and persistence will prevail.
