How do I put a picture on my post?

I think I made my picture small enough but now I can't figure out how to update to add it. I look like a shadow person nobody right now! I know you guys have answered this a million times so I'm sorry!

On the left side column, near the top, click on User Settings. That will bring up the page to add your avatar picture. Be sure the picture is 100 X 100 pixels so it will fit and be able to be uploaded. If you need further help, let me know.
