Thanks for all the best wishes. Im so glad to be home and dealing with all the pain so much better now. Im constantly sipping on water and juices and walking every hour. So the gas has started to go away, but I can't wait!!  Im so pysched to be on the losers bench. IMy doctor said ive already lost 10 lbs, but not allowed to look at a scale unless Im in his office. So we'll see how the journey goes... Thanks again guys! You ARE THE BEST!! -Holly

Holly, I'm glad your back home and doing well.  Don't forget those GasX strips they will really help with that gas pain.  It sounds like you are doing what you are suppose to do.  Some days I wish I didn't have a scale because I tend to weigh everyday and get a tad frustrated when I have a small gain of stay still.  I have now tried to wean myself from weighing each day so now I weigh every other day or at least try to wait that long.  I will be excited to hear how much you have lost when you go in for your two week check.  Good luck with your journey.
