I hate being stuck at a weight! I have been the exact weight for the last.. seems like month.. I even weighed on someone elses scales to make sure that mine were right. I have been being good, doing my mini workout. even doubled it for the last week. and no results.. its driving me nuts!

Hey girl~      You know I am hoping to have the lapband, but in all my research the most popular thing bandsters seem to do if they are at a plateau is go on a liquid diet for a few days. Couldn't hurt to try? It might just give your bod a jolt and get that fat burning mojo going:) Hugs~Joni

Are you getting your water in? I'd suggest a liquid diet with meal replacement supplements or just really change up what you're eating. Maybe do 600 calories one day and 1200 the next to confuse your body a bit. That usually helps. I hope your scales move for you lots and right away!

You will lose again , i have been stuck at times too, even with Lapband ,, both my docs agree the more you lose the more your body fights it , so you have to up the exercise , so you are on the right track , it worked for me !! Dont get frustrated , i know its so hard not to!!!

Sherrie, Do you weigh everyday? If you do, stop it!!!!! That only frustrates the heck out of me. It will happen for you. Be patient and don't stop the hard work. It will pay off when you least expect it.

I usually weigh on Sunday, with the family, and on Wed, alone as a sneak peek. Since we all have been working on food and movement, we agreed not to say the bad "E" or "D" words cause they are scary words.. and our bodies dont like to hear it..lol.. my son's idea... We all weigh and record it on Sunday morning. My daughter has dropped 2 pant sizes since the first of the year.. with very little weight loss.. she is also a carhop, so if your in claremore at sonic and you see a tall chubby girl named Denise.. please tip her well..j/k... My son has lost weight but still wears the same size jeans... his legs are tooo skinny looking ... poor kid has huge feet.. skinny legs and is thick in the waist... and huge ears! bless his heart... anyway back to my weight loss... I am measuring my portions regularly at home and when we eat out I am eating half or less. and I make it a point to go up and down the stairs a extra few times a day for good measure.
