Picture for avatar

I have tried to post a picture on my avatar and it says something about it wont fit...So Deb if you are around HELPPPPPPPPPPP!

Patty, you generally have to resize your picture to about 100 X 100 pixels in your photo program for most avatars. I'll double check the OH specifications.  Also, would you mind sharing what the 10 day pre-op diet of Dr. Keith's and Dr. Nelson's was like? I have the class on the 17th, but am anxious to find out.

Hi,  I'm not Deb but maybe can help you.  I had the same problem until I noticed that the picture can only be up to 20K ? in size.  So, I just reduced my picture in my photo program until the OH site accepted it. Hope this helps.   Pam

OK, you can go to this website and follow the simple instructions to resize your picture: HERE. The OH specifications are that the picture should be 100 X 100 pixels. Just message if you need more help.
