NEW (TO ME AT LEAST) TROPICAL SF POPSICLES
diana - i lived on those for several months with the stricture and ulcer issues. i would go through about 8 boxes of the darned things a week. it was the only way i was getting any of my liquids!!
i can't even look at the box anymore!! oy ve!!

I was getting sick of the plain flavors and saw these tropicals. I have a very grouchy pouchy and find it hard to get my liquids in and the popsicles help. They make my stomach calm down...I think because of the cold. I suck on ice a lot also. My husband can drink his liquids without any problem but I really struggle sometimes. I love me some popsicles!

Yep, Walmart...always! I would wait too...because you will get sick of them especially if you have a grouchy pouchy and have to rely on them more than most people do. I'm SO glad they count as liquids toward our required daily amount!!! And for the record, I have always had a grouchy stomach....even before the RNY. Dr. B actually did an EGD because I had so many stomach problems he wanted to look in there before he would do the RNY on me. Have to say, I like that he was so thorough. I don't think my tummy is any more grouchy than it was before surgery...unless of course I over feed it!!

Diana and Rita the two of you are doing so great. Both of you have lost over 80 pounds and your new pictures are great.
I have got to get some of those popsicles in the Tropical Flavor. I just bought three boxes of the normal flavors over the weekend so it may be a little while before I get them. I'm still hovering at the same weight I was a few weeks ago but looking forward to my first fill so I can start losing again.

I hang out too. I have been at 80 for a little bit now. I don't panic anymore though. I just do what I am supposed to do and suddenly I drop several pounds. I stopped weighing every day too. I think that is really hard to do. I still can't believe I stopped. When I lose another 5-10 pounds I am going to have to buy clothes. I plan on going to resale shops as I don't want to spend a lot of money on clothes I will hopefully shrink out of quickly.
