Diet and carbonated drinks response ....

Thanks for the info...  I am 8 months out and have not had any type of carbanation.  I'm to scared to try it because of the stomach issues you can get.  But I will say that I bought a 2 liter of diet Sprite yesterday at Wal Mart because I decided to see what happens.  But now that I've read this... My husband can drink it.  I've went 8 months without having it so I'm not going to start now.  I didn't eat anything sweet until I was 6 months out and now I wish I never did because It's harder to say no since I don't dump. I'm glad you found this information helpful. I was really impressed when I read it ... some of the info. was new to me and really reinforced my decision to stay away from soda! ; )
