Does anyone have O-EPIC either from a employer or the individual plan. If so can you tell me anything about them and will they allow the rny surgery, or if not how hard is it to get approved and go through the appeals.

I don't have the insurance you're referencing, but have you tried calling your benefits department to get a copy of your plan to see what's covered. It should be explained clearly in the plan brochure/booklet.
