Support Meeting this Saturday and prayer request
Don't forget to go to the support meeting in OKC/Integris - we are having a clothing exchange, and I am looking forward to it. It's at 10 am and I hope to see you there.
I have been doing pretty well, I have a followup next Tuesday, having blood work done, hope my levels are all fine and improving. My B1 was low last time.
I had a terrible spring break, the first few days I went to Arkansas to spend time with my sister and my mom, came home on Wednesday, left to go back to Arkansas the next morning, due to my sister having an emergency surgery. They thought it was her appendix, and when they got in they removed 11 inches of her colon, and found out she had colon cancer. Three lymph nodes were positive out of 12, well she hasn't been very well since she's been home, due to this major infection at her incision site. My mom has had to take her back and forth to the doctor every day this week, and they have had to redress and lance her incision site, well the surgeon today decided to put her back in the hospital and open her back up tomorrow morning. Please be in prayer for this time that no infection will be left in her body, so she can regain her strength and start with her chemo.
