Anna, I think that I was moodier when I was eating. However, taking someones comfort away can cause one to be moody. Food was my everything.I still have days that I want to reach for it. If you truly feel that this is going to be an on going problem for you, you may want to talk with Dr. Keller. Best of Luck, Rita
Oh, I will take my moodiness over the out of control eating any day.....and yes, I am sure this is related to the fact that food was my comforting "friend".....and not it's gone. I was just there an hour ago today to see Dr. Broussard! I lost a total of 81.5 lbs...!!!!.I am really excited about that. I can't believe that much weight is gone for good! -Anna
