Anna, I think that I was moodier when I was eating. However, taking someones comfort away can cause one to be moody. Food was my everything.I still have days that I want to reach for it. If you truly feel that this is going to be an on going problem for you, you may want to talk with Dr. Keller. Best of Luck, Rita

Oh, I will take my moodiness over the out of control eating any day.....and yes, I am sure this is related to the fact that food was my comforting "friend".....and not it's gone.  I was just there an hour ago today to see Dr. Broussard! I lost a total of 81.5 lbs...!!!!.I am really excited about that. I can't believe that much weight is gone for good!  -Anna

Oh Anna, I hope I do somewhere near as good as you're doing!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! You are inspiring to me. Also, thank you for being so friendly and honest. I really appreciate both! Your sharing helps me to know what to expect and what to look out for post-op. It also lets me know what goals to shoot for! Thank You.
Blessings and Best Wishes! Shelly

Yes I had or at times still have problems with moodiness. You have lost a friend and a comfort.

I had what I called Band Rage about 6 weeks out-everything and anything just annoyed me  It takes awhile to learn what to do with that energy and emotion we used to spend on eating.
