Got Firmer with the Doctors Office today
I got firm with the Dr Office today. I was polite but made myself clear. I asked her to go over with me the things that were my responsiblity to get done. as she listed them I confirmed I had done each of them, I really have. Then I simply asked why it had not been sent to medicare since it was all done I told her if my part then it should have been already sent in for reveiw. She was stunned at first that I was being so blunt about it. I also told her if she would get it turned in then I would be bugging them instead of her. They were having computer trouble, again. and as soon as the system was back up she would print out the rest of my records and get them faxed. I will call again on Monday to make sure she got it done. I called a friend that is friends with someone in the office to just ask about the computer being down.. she told me yes it was her friend was gripping about it earlier in the day.. lol.. not that I didnt beleive her, I just wanted to make sure.
Anywho, I am feeling better about it now. not so upset. it helps the kids are here tonight and i got someone to visit with. I miss them so much during the week. then they drive me nuts on the weekend..lol.. ya got to love em..
Its not the surgeon, its the regular doctors office. because if medicare/soonercare it has to be filed a certain way. and the doctors office is taking thier own time.
i have been going through the process this time since march 07 this time. I actually have been through this process 3 times since 2003, I think is the first time... its been so long i cant remember
