LifeWise, a graduate group for all surgical patients, one-year and beyond and post-op

Meets Quarterly (January, April, July, October) on the 3rd Wednesday of the month

Wednesday, April 16, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

Oh, my lord! I might actually be able to make the Second April one for pouchwise! Living 2 hours away makes it difficult, but I hope to see you all there!

That would be awesome if you could!!  I am actually certifying through OH to be a support group leader so that I can do some satellite groups for WeightWise as well.  That means later we can do some down your way and you won't have to come all the way to the city!!  I can't wait to meet you! R

Thank you so much for the update. I hope to make both Pouchwise meetings. The first one is the same day as the Taste of Chaos concert that I'm taking my son and his friend to. I could come to the meeting till time to go to the fairgrounds..and the second one I can definitely be at. Got them both on my calendar!

Are both doctors going to be at the April meetings? By the way, I went to the meeting on the 20th of March and it was fab.  It was very helpful!  In fact, now that think about it, I sat right next to you! Kim

GlitterGal, I was at the March 20th group too, I was the one worried about my family and their Italian cooking. I will be at the April 17th meeting, amazingly, I have a snow day scheduled on the 18th, so I can come in and saty in town for the whole weekend....Who knows, I might be able to schedule my pre op visit with Dr. Walton on the 18th, I hope so. Can't wait to meet you all!

Ya'll are cracking me up!  We're going to have to introduce ourselves as our "online" persona's so we know who is who!!  I remember the young lady with the italian family - i think there were quite a few who definitely understood the situation!  glittergal.. were you on my left or right?  haha...see - i'll never remember these things!! i look forward to seeing everyone again!  i am pretty sure both docs will be at the meetings or will at least try.  we'll just have to see! thanks guys!!   R

Maybe we could have a time during break or right after the meeting to meet all the online people in the front of the room or something...
