Not doing bad at all, at least today anyways.....so far.  Last night was a little rough but I got on Yahoo messenger and talked to some friends for a while to get my mind off things.  Like you said only 2 more days.....and tomorrow is my IVR filter day so half of the day I wont be caring about food either cause I will be either knocked out or so tired from being knocked out I wont care about food.

We're pulling for you! You're nearly there.  What is that filter thing you're talking about??

Its called a vena carva filter.  Depending on your BMI and the suggestions of your doctor, depends on who ends up getting them.  What it consists of is a wire "fuel filter" if you will that helps break up any blood clots that might travel up from the legs to the lungs.  Added to the shots and the leg massage thing, its just another preventive.  The filter is inserted surgically into your artery in your neck then worked down near the groin area where the leg arteries meet to travel upwards.  It is then "deployed" there and remains in place. The good thing about having this done tomorrow?  That much less time I will be thinking about food, LOL.
