I have to say I love, love, love, LOVE Tommy Hilfiger boyfriend jeans....can't believe it...My first ever Tommy Hilfiger's...size 16! Whooopie! I also had a wow moment at my old family doc's office in Enid. I weighed myself and I'd lost 7 pounds..his nurse came in and said, "Honey, those scales are wrong..they show 15 pounds heavy." So, now I HAVE to go to the hospital and weigh to see exactly what my true weight is..Cricket, I think I'm coming to see ya!

Thanks so much, Wolf! It's been pretty incredible..the most I could ever lose at once was 25-30 pounds and it always came back..so this has been fun..

cat - i think the scales at weightwise are actually about 4 lbs long too.  at least i am going to say they are because if not i am not where i thought i was!!  haha...i have a couple of friends who agree to the 4 lbs theory though with those scales.  plus i am not sure they are accounting for clothes the way they used to!  they used to automatically put in a 2.5 lb difference to acct for clothes.  different scales from when i started, so i'm just not sure anymore! woohoo though for  you!   R

Thanks, Sherrie! They are comfy, and they don't hit me at the ankles. They're just right. I always had to buy relaxed fit jeans before surgery to accommodate my thunder thighs. My faves were Venezia relaxed fit from Lane Bryant store. I also wore their bras before too. I had to go shopping for new ones. Tried the Lingerie Store and nothing fit. DH and I decided to visit Frederick's on a whim..I came home with 3 new ones. It took me an hour and a half to try all different styles on, but the sales clerk was really helpful in how it should fit, etc. Nobody can measure me right, and she said with WLS it's hard to be accurate due to loose skin. She's had several WLS patients visit the store. She absolutely has my business from now on. If this post is TMI, I'll remove.

I use my at home scale for my "ticker" scale because I weigh in the morning...NEKKID,.....clothes, etc. jewelry varies too much and I don't want to spend too much time thinking about it (like in the WW when I had a weigh in outfit).

Because last time I weighed at the doctor (before Thurs)I had been vomiting for 3 weeks straight, I knew I'd be up per their scale, so I tossed on a pair or running shoes too and just included that in the final number.

Weighing at home weekly, I only gained 4 pounds of water weight when I started eating drinking and not puking again and now it's starting to come off.  I really would have thought that fully hydrated (and I was completely dehydrated before-no water for 48 hours, no food for much longer than that and very little of either in the 3 weeks before) I would have gained more, but I don't weigh every day, so maybe I did gain more and it had already started down again....
