I really need to read before I reply..lol I thought you were asking about the protein bullet...then I read again...thank God I wasnt speedy gonzales on replying...
I dotn have the bullet I use a stick blender and its just easier for me
being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it

I use a stick blender for shakes-especially if I am whipping up a little protein latte.
If you like gazpacho, mix some cucumber, tomato (little bitty sweet ones) garlic and onions-you may or may not need to add a little water depending on how juicy the tomatos are. If you are low on protien that day, just add a scoop of eggwhite powder or some other non flavored protien to it and viola, you have protein gazpacho. If you like spicey, toss in a few jalapeno slices. That is a great getting warmer light dinner-and if you've been working out the tomatos have a lot of potassium.
