What is your favorite WLS friendly food that you eat?

Mt. Olive makes a sugar free relish as well as a sugar free sweet pickle.
Right now I'm in a phase I get into when I get tired of fish or refried beans. Today I took a cup of organic potato leek soup, got it to boiling, then dropped in an egg-and boiled the egg in the soup. The other day I did the same thing with organic corn soup, dropped in not only and egg but a bit of shredded cheese. That's my high pro version of cup of soup or ramen noodles!
