Plastic Surgery

hey anyone know of a good plastic surg in the Tulsa area  I have an appointment with a Dr. Miller in April but I don't know anything about him Dr. G gave me the name of one in Oklahoma City  but would rather have it done here since it won't be covered by insurance anyway Dr. G thought that I needed to get my tummy done to finish the package   If anyone knows of someone I would love to know  I am a little scared Blessings sandy c

Sandy, I can't help you in Tulsa, but Dr. Kamal Sawan does an awesome job in Oklahoma City. If I can ever afford it, he would be the only one I would choose. Best of Luck, Rita

I would love to have it myself after losing everything because I've already  got loose skin. However, it scares me more than the RNY ever did. I've watched too much tv and Dr. 90210 episodes, I think.

Arch Miller is fabulous (he's worked on my friends). The Dr. I hear the most rave reviews about though, is Dr. Calagieri (I'm sure I'm spelling it wrong). I will use him when I'm ready for my surgery. He is an ARTIST!

I have heard some awsome things about Dr Calagieri from a CRNA who is in the OR during the procedures.

Don't sweat it.  I had a tummy tuck about 4 years ago after I lost a ton of weight on low carbing.  Checked in at 6am, had surgery at 8 and was pulling up at Sonic by 11 for a much needed lunch.  I had 5 pounds of skin removed.  I won't suggest my dr although he did a nice job.  His bed-side manners were not to my liking and he saw me on one visit and on the day of surgery.  But none of the Dr.'s other have listed was mine so choose from that list.  I had a hysterectomy shortly after the tummy tuck and gained all my weight back and I feel I cannot get things under control now.  I cant wait to have this done.  Just really is hard to loose weight since the hysterectomy.
