Well , it went ok. No news on the filing the paperwork, she is still "working" on it. Dr. finally gave me something to sleep, said it would help with the whinning and emotional stuff. lol.. I was cranky this morning. He also said that the cold and hot feeling in my feet is restless leg syndrom. gave me somethign for that too.. i am just a regular pill popper.. !!!! I hope when I do get the surgery that I dont have to take so many. thanks for listening to my whinning.. ya all take care

Hopefully you won't have to take as many (if any) meds after you are done. Right now I'm on 5 scripts a day and I can't wait to start cutting them out. Any more and I'm going to start rattling when I walk!

Sherrie, I'm living proof that you can stop taking some of your medications. I haven't taken my blood pressure medication or cholesterol medication since surgery. Had lab work done last week and everything is perfect. Best of Luck, Rita

I went off all my meds but I had to go back on Metformin and Lexapro since surgery. My HDL levels are too low now. I guess I need more cardio to raise it up.
