Wynotha I am so glad that you are feeling well!!! I think I  am going to have to make the drive to the meeting next Thursday. It takes me an hour to get there in the traffic from Moore but you know I want to meet you and give you hugs!!!  Maybe I can get off work a little early.  I work 9.5 hours a day so I should be able to leave a little early one day!! And I promise....I'm not a stalker! ha ha ha ha

Thanks everyone.  Feeling great again today. Diana, look at you!!!!  You have already lost 71 pounds.  I would not recognize you at the support group meeting.  You look so awesome!!!  I'm planning on being at the support group meeting a week from tonight to meet you and some of the others that have been so supportive to me on this site. Liz, you have already lost 23 pounds.  What a great accomplishment!!  You will be having your surgery before you know it.  You are doing great.  I really getting used to being at home and I'm beginning I didn't have to go back to work next Wednesday.  I will though because I miss being in a routine and I miss my six workers and hearing their banter each day.  I supervise six social workers for DHS.  Have a terrific Thursday everyone.

Amy, where did you get your "card" pic? Wynotha, that's incredible! Like others have said don't overdue it. I did..and you don't want to. My energy level came back in December, but one of my incisions infected. However, I 'm the minority in that department. DH still vacuums for me. Lovin' that..he doesn't have to..he just does.  The best advice I can give you is make sure you drink enough and don't dehydrate. Introduce the new foods slowly to see what you can tolerate. I never want to see tuna again. Felt that way about refried beans for awhile, but now love 'em again with the new recipe I posted the other day. Also, don't lift the laundry baskets..scoot them and have someone left them for you. The accomplishments with this tool are amazing and a true blessing. I'm so happy for you.

Thanks for the advise Cat.  I'm not lifting anything other than me.  I'm one who can not sit still for long periods of time so I'm up doing little  things around the house.  Sewing and crocheting on unfinished projects.  I feel great but I can tell when I over do it because I'm a little sore and very tired the next day so I'm taking it easy.  You are doing very well on your weight loss.  Wow 100 pounds!!! Have a great weekend.
