Congrats!
We all felt exactly the same way...excited and afraid!
I had a moment of terror right before my surgery and almost backed out. I had this conversation in my head with the angel on one shoulder and fear on the other shoulder both whispering in my ear. I talked some sense into myself at that moment and I have not regretted it...ok maybe the day I came home from the hospital I said, "Oh my gosh, what have I done to myself!" But that passed quickly and even with all the adjusting to this new life, I am so glad I had the RNY!
It's a wild ride but oh so worth it!!!
You will be in my thoughts and prayers!

ONEDERLAND!!!! FINALLY!!!! WHOOOO HOOOOO!
Congrats! I wasn't scared until they came and wheeled me into the OR. I was shifting tables and in tears when they put the mask on me.I woke up in my room feeling my stomach checking to see if I had to be open like a friend of mine.
We all go through it. Will send up good thoughts for you. Best advice I can give is get out of bed as soon as they come get you to walk. Walk as much as you can as often as you can and don't overdue it. Only walk as far as you know you can walk back.
