The WORST Protein drink EVER!!!!!!!!!!
to me the worse protein drink is the apple nectar urgh.
I use Body Fortress from Wal mart 1 the price and 2 the flavor. I just dont see any reason to but what the Doctors office's have when you can find just as good elsewhere.
I use vanilla flavoring and add different flavors. Be creative...good luck
being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it
