OH MY GAWD!!

I am just sharing my JOY!!!! Over the weekend I bought the smallest pair of Rocky jeans EVER!! For a girl who wouldn't have thought about getting any when I wore a 32 I actually got my backside in a size 15 pair!!! WOOHOO!! And might I say my backside is pretty darned cute!!! My plateau break that started about 2 weeks ago has got me down to 173 which means I am 14 lbs from being NORMAL!!! And at my goal!! YIPPEE!! R

Ruth, Congratulations! I can't wait for the fun of fitting into things I've hardly imagined. I know I have an old pair of 40" Wranglers still hanging in my closet... god only knows when I was able to wear them last, but for some reason I keep hanging onto them. Not sure I'll ever have occasion to actually wear them (or if the hanger creases will ever come out after this many years in the closet) but I sure am looking forward to fitting into them some day soon. Keep up the great work! Are you still working towards the marathon/5K/something? Have a great day! John

John - yep I am doing the 5 mile at the Marathon. I'm looking for walking partners!! But that may be right around the time of your surgery so you can root me on if you'de like! I'm not running it though, I could probably run a little, but I'm not doing it for that. Mostly just to prove to myself that I can do it. Hang on to those pants - you can use those later to see how things are moving along!! I still have my largest size dress to keep me in check and remind me where I came from! It will all work out! That is AWESOME, Ruth!!!! I love that feeling when you get surprised like that. My mom had me go to the store to get some smaller jeans last Friday. I was so surprised that I have gone from a 38 womens jean to a 30 with a little extra room. The jeans at Catherines were on sale so I also bought a 28, 26, and 24 so I will not be out of jeans for awhile. You are doing so great and so close to your GOAL!! You must be on top of the world. Keep up the great work. Your success is so motivating to me.

That's awesome! I'm so proud! I went out this weekend and tried on a pair of size 16 jeans (my size 20's were getting tight before surgery) that have been hanging in the closet for years and they FIT! I know the feeling and it's a wonderful one! Keep up the good work. Misty

Yep, I bought juniors 13/14 wranglers and afraid they are are going to get big too soon before the rodeo in May, I am at 168 today. AmyBeth

Thanks everyone! I am so stoked and in such a great mood because life is SOOOOOOO freakin' good right now! A good man and a great pair of jeans! What more can a girl ask for? Well...I'm sure I can think of something! But seeing my dear bf when I tried those jeans on was worth every penny!! I get so much of my own inspiration from all of you as well! I try really hard to be a good role model and don't always succeed but I try and that should count!! HaHa! Those of you who know me personnaly quit your laughing!!! I love you guys so much and without this forum I definitely couldn't have made it so far!! R
