I'm home!!!!
Hi everyone!!!! I'm officially on the loser's bench. I'm a little sore on the left side, but other than that I'm feeling fine. Some gas pain, but DH is going to fill my prescriptions and get the Gas X strips so that should be short lived. I'm doing my drinking and walking so that helps to relieve it somewhat. Dr. Broussard said that I did great and was a poster child. He is truly great and really funny. I would recommend him to anyone.
Rita all of my nurses and respiratory therapists were very good to me. They all came in saying oh your Rita's friend. That really made me feel special. Thank you.
I was down eight pounds further that Dr. B wanted me to be when I had surgery yesterday. I was so excited about that.
Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers. I'm going to go rest and will talk to you later.

Thank you Deb. I'm really glad I did this. Hope your walk goes well on Sunday. I don't think I will be walking in the Red Bud Walk in April. DH and I will need to use the registration money for a trip to a political event in Tulsa in May.

Hi Wynotha,
I've been thinking about you and wondered how you came thru the surgery. What time did they take you in and how long did it last? Were you in recovery very long?
I'm so glad you posted to let us know you were okay. Looking forward to hearing about your post-surgery experiences and to getting on that bench with you soon!
