I'm 36 years old, married, with two daughters (Serena 14 and Miranda 9), pre-op, RNY, Dr. Katsis.
My case has been sent to insurance and I'm waiting to see what they say.
I didn't have any "diagnosed" co-morbidities, but I had a sleep study and now sleep with a CPAP machine.
The Tulsan's (as well as Amybeth from Arkansas) get together the last Wednesday of every month at different restaurants at 7 p.m. I think next time will be Mexican... Not sure where yet, but we'll post it right here!!
As far as financing... The only thing I can tell you is www.carecredit.com, credit cards, re-finance your house, take out a second mortgage, or borrow against 401k at work.
