Weight Ticker????????

Ok I am probably the only person on this forum that can not figure out how to put on the wight ticker.  Can someone please help and explain it to me.  This will probably not be the last dumb question that I ask.  Yes I am blonde.  I will admit that up front.  Thanks for your help.

After you make the actual ticker  (www.tickerfactory.com), copy and paste the actual IMAGE (not the html code) and paste it where you put your signature. To put it where your signature goes, when you are on the message board, click on User Settings over on the left hand column of bulleted links.  It is toward the top. In the user settings page, it is toward the middle or bottom of that page where you put it.  Also, make sure you check the box that you want to include your signature with your posts. I can't figure out how people put pictures in their posts. And I had to ask how to get my ticker on too and I'm a brunette!
