I am already wanting to pull my hair out.  I think it is absolute BS that no one person knows all the costs associated with self pay.  Its ridiculous!!!  I have been on the phone already for 5 hours yesterday and 2 hours already this morning trying to find this all out.  Call here call there we dont know, call them, they told me to call you..blah blah blah blah BLAHITY blah. **takes a deep breath**

Hi Dan      Don't pull all your hair out yet, it will come off by itself after the surgery ;-)  Good luck getting the answers that you need.     Have you join the Gorospe's Online group?  There are several self-pay  patients there and they might be able to tell you how much they paid for theirs or who  you need to talk. with.
