Hi all I had to share my excitement this morning.  I stepped on the scale and I have finally started losing again, and my BMI fell below 40 it is now 39.8.  Which according to the charts is now just obese and no longer extremely obese.  This is definatly my first WOW moment.  I might fall a bit lower with all the dancing in excitement that I am doing this morning.

Awesome. I got below 40 BMI a few weeks ago and I know exactly how you feel. Keep up the good work.

That's what I love about this place finding people that know where I have come from and where I am at and where I am going.  Thanks so much for your encouragement.

That's great!  Just hang in there and you'll see the scale continue to go down.  You'll have many more WOW moments over the coming months. BTW, is that YOUR cat or a picture you found online?  It sure is cute, but I too, would like to see YOU!

That is my kitty.  We had to put him down last weekend.  He had a tumor and lost the use of his back legs and the sensation to go to the bathroom.  He was 13 years old and I had him since he was a baby.  It was the hardest thing I have had to do, but I could not see him suffer.  It has been a pretty hard couple of weeks.
