I am back!

Whoo hoo, I am back in the saddle again.  My computer crumped (along with lots of pics), and work has been a total B*TCH!!  We have been soooo busy.  I am glad to be back in the world again.  I feel like I have missed so much.  Cindy, sorry I missed your surgery date.  Congrats and welcome to the loser's bench!  Dot and Okie,  it will happen, soon I hope for both of you.  Sherrie, keep off the caffiene.  It will get better.  Carrie, hang in there, you will start losing again.  I love all of you guys and am greatful that we have each other. Update on me:  saw Dr. Katsis yesterday and the visit went great!  I have lost 24 pounds since my last visit.  According to my scale, I have lost 80 pounds since I started this wild ride, 48 since surgery in October.  What a trip.  Dr. K also gave me the ok to try salad!  What a great gift.  I love salad and can't wait until I get my choppers on some of that green leafy stuff.  I will let you know how that goes.  I am looking forward to our group meeting this month.  Can' wait to see everyone again!  Until then... We have missed you too and thanks for the encouraging words for not just but for all.  Congrats on your losses, you will make the century club in no time.  I should know within the next 7 days what my date will be. 

I am glad you are back on again. I have been MIA also, we have been very very busy at work and my 2 year old keeps me busy at home. Congratulations on the great appointment.

Thanks Michelle...  I keep trying to think positive.  I'm trying to be patient...  But, I sure hope I hear something soon!
