Multivitamins

I have been taking a One a Day multi from Walgreen's that my pharm friend suggested to me.  The only problem is they are a huge pill that need to be taken with a full glass of water after a meal.  I talked to the guy at Discount Sports Nutrition yesterday and he suggested some chewables that they sell.  What vitamins do you all use?

Okie, I use the Bariatric Advantage Chewable Berry Flavor. They are a little gritty but not too bad. Best of Luck on finding one that you like.

I use equate brand Mulit Vitamin childrens chewables.  I take two in the morning and two in the afternoon.  I just recently, last week, started taking walgreens brand calcium citrate, 4 a day in 2 hour intervals.  I am going to switch to a womans one a day multi vit when the chewables are gone and I just reached this point at almost a year out.  AmyBeth

I started out with the Centrum Chewables and then moved to children's gummies.  I take 2 per day and I just had my labs done and everything was great except my HDL was low.  Nothing to do with my vitamins.

I use the same brand and flavor as Cricket.  I'm a patient at Weightwise and use their little store for all of my protein and vitamin needs.  I also take the chewable calcium citrate in either cinnamon or chocalate.  I really like the taste, but they tend to be a little gritty.  The grit makes you drink more water though.

I use the Building Blocks Vitamins.  I ordered the first month from online, but now that Discount Sports Nutrition carries them, I save a few bucks.  I love the chewable calcium, iron and multivitamin.  I also buy from them the sublingual B-12. In addition to those, I also take vitamin E and Biotin.  Trying to hang onto as much hair as I can or at least have it come back thicker!  ha, ha.

I take centrum silver (I can't tolerate iron) and a chewable calcium and a chewable tri-flex (joint supplement).  Not so much at first, but now they serve as "candy"....hey, if it works, it works!

I have been using the Centrum chewables twice a day. I have a stash of Citracal creamy bites that I bought when Walmart had them on close out.  THey are so gooood.  But I think they discontinued them. I am going to buy the Bariatic calcium lozenges (from WeightWise) when I run out. The chocolate was pretty nasty but I loved the cherry.  I use SublingualB12 from walmart...it tastes pretty good.  I take Biotin and for the first time in my life I have fingernails long enough to paint!!! I take Bariatric Advantage (from WeightWise) iron and it's a pretty nasty chewable.  I haven't found another chewable iron...but I'd like to.  I am thinking of buying the Bariatric Multivitamin chewables next time just to mix up the flavor. I'm getting sick of orange vitamin breath!!!
