DONT stop calling them!!!! I went through alot of that as well and got passed around from case worker to case worker.  It will get done but sometimes we have to be persistant!

Hey, Tracy isn't taking care of Dr. K's bariatric patients anymore?  She was the one who I had answering all my questions. I think Amanda is the one who does take care of the Insurance side of it, I forgot.  Keep your chin up, it will happen for you.  I know waiting is the hardest part!   Michelle

Everything depends on the doctor's schedule.  Tracy will probably get the doctor's schedule the last week of the month for the following month.  Then she can start scheduling the bariatric patients.
