Feel the Pain of Aging
Well I am feeling old today. My daughter is 18 today. I keep telling myself I am only 40. thats not helping much either...lol.. Lord help me my baby girl is 18! We have a full weekend planned. Friday night we are having several of her friends over for the night.. OMG what was I thinking? Its a girl and boy party.. girls sleep in the the bedroom and boys in the living room... and Sherrie will be in the hall..lol.. I can not beleive I agreed to this.. most of her friends are guys so what was I to do? I was amazed parents agreed to let thier kids go.. i never would allow my kids to attend a all night girl/boy party.. but yet here I am hosting one.. Lord help me!
Sunday we are having family and family friends party. she wants to have a huge feast.. so its happening.. she only turns 18 once.. thank god! so the menu is ribs, tater salad, baked bean and whatever else we think of.. and its only for like 25-40 people.. cause no one knows how to RSVP! doenst that gripe your tail when you send out an invitation with a RSVP and no one calls, they just show up!
Heck are you kidding not me, Sherri dear wanted us to come eat with her right Sherri, lol?
But I will be looking forward to your message, trying to figure out if I am going to get bad weather or not this afternoon. I have water aerobics today from 5:30 to 6:15 then support group from 6:30 to 7:30. Or I could skip both and just go shopping! lol

Just think how much YOUNGER you are going to feel when your weight is off!! I have had some say that I look 20 years younger than I did 150 lbs ago!
And my daughter is getting ready to turn 26 yo and I have 3 grandchildren too!
And YES people who don't RSVP shouldn't have a place at the table. Unfortunately, we can't ever enforce that thought process so we just accept it for the norm now. Silly people!!
Have a fun weekend! Enjoy it and just think about how YOU are going to improve!!
