I'm so glad Vince has this surgery behind him and all went well.  He will be up and going in a few days on his way to losing his weight.  You are doing so well look at you over 50 pounds already.  I'm looking forward to joining the two of you on the loser's bench soon.  Take care of yourself and Vince.

That is truly awesome, Diana.  YOU are doing a terrific job.  I'm looking forward to having another 50 pounds off.  So far I'm down 44 pounds from my highest weight so I'm feeling pretty good about that.  These last few pounds are giving me trouble, but I will get it off by the time I go back on the 15th of February.  I will let you know when my surgery date is when I find out.  Keep up the great job.
