As of this morning, with my weigh in at Weigh****chers, I have five more pounds to lose before I have my surgery date.  I'm so excited and nervous at the same time, but I guess that is normal.  I don't go back for my monthly consultation until 2-15 so I'm hopeful that I will be well below what is expected to get  my date.  From my heaviest, I'm down 44 pounds so I'm pretty excited.  Just wanted to share some exciting news and I'm looking forward to sitting on the "loser's bench" beside the rest of you.  Thanks for your support over the last three months.

Sounds like you are doing a great job @ WW's.  Only 5 more pounds to go and you will be sitting on the loser's bench with us. Good luck! Carrie

Wynotha, I am so happy and proud of you!  You are doing a great job.  Let me know when you want to go for a walk or a ride! (After I get over the stomach flu would probably be best though....LOL).

Thanks for your comments everyone.  Deb, get to feeling better.  It sounds like you have what I just got over with this week.  It is pretty rough.  I'm thinking about doing the Redbud Classic 2 mile walk on April 5th.  Do you know anyone else who is doing that?  It sounds like a challenge for me.

2 miles?  I think I can do 2 miles without cratering my ankle.  Actually that's a perfect distance.  I'm in.  Will we meet up at the classic and walk together?
