All of my life I have ran from the camera. When I started this journey I started taking pictures every month if I liked it or not. So I finally got up the nerve to post my Pre-Op (the day of surgery) and my most current (Jan 10). I can see the difference but I am so ashamed of my pre-op picture I never want to look at that again. I can see the difference on my face in the new picture. But I am sure it has something to do with my daughter in my arms.  Tressa

Thanks for posting pictures.  I think they help newbie pre-ops a lot.  I know a lot of people like to find hope in looking at other people's progress.  You are doing great! Dot

Tressa, None of us like to look at our pre-op pictures. However, after comparing the two, don't you feel so much better? You look great. Keep up the good work.

You look so much happier now!  Yes we ALL hate those preop pictures but think of them as "LOOK HOW FAR I HAVE COME!!!" and celebrate your success!! Of course that little beauty in your arms helps in that happiness too!  She's gorgeous! R

You are looking great!!!!  I dont like my pre pictures either but they are part of what makes me who I am today and I wouldnt change the person I have become.  I am thankful I get to change the out shell as so many of you all have.  We are given a huge gift when we get to go through this.  Think about all the positive and remember the good.
