Reset
I am 8 months post op and I have lost around 70 pounds. I have been plateued for 2 months now and it has me concerned. I havent gained but I haven't lost either. I find I have gotten a little sloppy with my eating habits. So my plan this week is to go back on a liquid diet for a week or two and reset. See if that restarts my weight loss and grounds me a little more....anyone else have any problems or concerns like this??

I understand the stop and start of it all too and it gets very frustrating! However, the best way to jump start things is (if it is possible) to make an appointment with your dietitian and get a plan together. You will probably want to journal for at least a week before you get to the dietitian so they know what is going on and to be able to point you in the right direction. A week or two on a liquid diet may sound good, but may not be the absolute best plan for you at this moment.
Good luck, sometimes it just takes a lot of holding ourselves accountable for those bad habits!! It's a pain, but it is what it is!
Hang in there!!

I am fairly new, but when my loss slowed I added more exercise on my mini step machine and more water and now it is coming off again. Of course, no bad eating habits yet. I think the idea of writing down everything you are eating is a good idea. You can then see what's bad and cut it out. Best Wishes.
